Dr. Anshu Gupta serves as the Director – Technical at MAG Environmental Consultant, bringing with him over 18 years of expertise in sustainable building design, energy efficiency, and environmental planning. With a strong academic foundation—holding a PhD. (Green Buildings), a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development (M.A. Sustainable Development), and a Bachelor’s in Planning (B. Plan)—Dr. Gupta combines in-depth technical knowledge with a visionary approach to green infrastructure.

At MAG Environmental Consultant, he leads the technical team in delivering end-to-end consultancy services for green building certifications, energy modeling, and sustainable design strategies. His leadership has been instrumental in securing IGBC, GRIHA, LEED, and ECBC certifications for over 150 projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial developments across India.

As a certified professional in various rating systems, Dr. Gupta has trained and mentored hundreds of professionals pursuing credentials such as IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, and LEED AP. He is also known for his contributions to national energy codes and sustainable urban development policies, having served on several advisory panels and technical committees.

Ms. Kanika Gupta serves as the Principal – Finance and Business Development at MAG Environmental Consultant, bringing a strong foundation in financial management, corporate compliance, and sustainability strategy. With an academic background in M.Com (Master of Commerce) and professional accreditation as a Company Secretary, she combines financial acumen with structured governance to lead MAG’s business operations with efficiency and integrity.

In her pivotal role, Ms. Gupta oversees the financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal oversight of the company’s green building and environmental consultancy projects. Her approach to finance is both strategic and analytical, ensuring that project implementation aligns with client expectations, regulatory frameworks, and long-term sustainability goals. Under her guidance, MAG Environmental Consultant has optimized project delivery models that offer maximum value while maintaining environmental responsibility.
